Strive Pharmacy, a Gilbert, AZ-based compounding pharmacy, is hiring a Customer Success Manager for a remote-friendly role. You will manage a book of business, drive provider engagement, and partner with Sales to grow existing relationships.

The role emphasizes strategic communication, data-driven insights, and cross-functional teamwork with Sales, Ops, and Clinical teams. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Sales, Client Services, Account Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Experience with CRM and project tools including Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for team and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Book of assigned clinics and health systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinic contacts and providers.
• Lead strategy meetings and business reviews with partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Clinical teams to drive retention and growth.
• Document interactions and success plans in CRM and keep records up to date.
