Trellint is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide innovative city mobility programs. In this role, you will partner with city stakeholders to drive successful outcomes, enhancing urban mobility through strategic management of customer accounts.

Your responsibilities will include leading renewal and expansion strategies, maintaining executive relationships, and analyzing customer workflows to ensure satisfaction and retention. This remote position empowers you to influence significant improvements in compliance and citizen experience.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in customer success or account management.
• Experience with municipal customers and/or parking/curbside systems preferred.
• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal, expansion, and extension strategies.
• Maintain strong executive relationships at city agency accounts.
• Analyze customer goals and design enterprise-level initiatives.
