Job summary

CDK Global is seeking an Associate Customer Success Specialist to support client adoption and satisfaction by delivering foundational product guidance and assisting with basic training. You will work closely with a Customer Success Specialist and Customer Success Manager to help customers reach standard utilization benchmarks and document engagements.

You will participate in virtual and onsite training sessions, maintain a learning plan to expand knowledge of CDK products and dealership

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage time and deliver assignments consistently on time.
• Familiarity with dealership operations or business processes is a plus.
• Automotive experience is required.
• Ability to work independently with guidance from CSS/CSM while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support best-in-class service for clients with the assigned CSS/CSM.
• Provide guidance on navigating CDK systems and basic product workflows.
• Assist with client training sessions (virtual and onsite) and develop reference materials.
• Document all client interactions and outcomes in internal systems with high accuracy.
• Identify routine blockers and escalate per guidelines to CSS, Sr CSS, or Customer Care.
