Job summary

Plenful is hiring a Customer Success Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team. You’ll work with the Head of Customer Experience to shape how we manage implementation, support, retention, and expansion, collaborating with technical, commercial, and executive teams.

This is a remote position. You’ll monitor account health, own relationships from kickoff, oversee implementations, and spot expansion opportunities while aligning customer needs with Plenful offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Enterprise Sales, or related field in SaaS/healthcare tech.
• Experience managing customer relationships, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Familiarity with CRM and CS platforms like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Monitor account health indicators, analyze usage and ROI, conduct business reviews, and visit customers on-site.
• Serve as primary contact from implementation kickoff and build lasting relationships.
• Oversee customer implementations for new use cases with technical teams.
• Identify and pursue contract expansion opportunities by aligning needs with Plenful offerings.
• Set clear, professional communications and improve internal customer communication.
• Lead data-driven analysis to scale processes and improve service.
