Job summary

ePlus is seeking a Remote Customer Success Coordinator to own onboarding, adoption, and ongoing relationship management for a portfolio of Managed Services clients in the US. You will guide customers through onboarding, drive value realization, and surface opportunities for expansion.

You will act as the voice of the customer, coordinate with delivery teams, and maintain CRM records to support health reporting and renewals. Virginia or North Carolina candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a customer-facing role within IT or managed services
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Webex/Teams)
• Understanding IT infrastructure and service delivery concepts

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for managed services
• Serve as first-line escalation and voice of the customer
• Maintain proactive engagement to monitor sentiment and reduce churn
• Guide adoption of best practices and identify opportunities for expansion
• Collaborate with account teams for renewals and value realization
• Document feedback and drive service improvements with tickets and reports
• Maintain customer records and generate health reports for stakeholders
