Job summary

7Seventy Recruiting seeks a Customer Success Associate to help medical practices implement a full software suite and provide ongoing day-to-day support. You will develop deep product expertise, understand client needs, and configure the platform accordingly to deliver strong results.

As you grow, you will work under Client Success Managers, collaborate with the product team from day one, and advocate for client-driven enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-facing software services.
• Ability to configure software settings to meet client needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help medical practices get up and running on the full suite of products.
• Provide ongoing day-to-day support to clients.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of the product and its capabilities.
• Listen carefully to clients and understand their specific needs.
• Configure the product to support client requirements and deliver results.
• Provide professional support throughout every client interaction.
• Work under Client Success Managers to support existing clients.
• Meet with the product team regularly from day one.
• Advocate for product enhancements requested by clients.
