mydigitalnomads is seeking a Customer Success Agent to be the first point of contact for a diverse client base. You will manage calls, emails, tickets and chats across platforms while delivering exceptional support and hitting performance targets.

This fully remote, contractor role offers growth into supervisory leadership through a structured development plan and a home office setup that enables high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in contact center or customer service environment required.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages desirable.
• Dedicated, well-structured home office setup required.
• Growth-oriented mindset and leadership potential sought.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for customers via calls, emails, tickets and chats across multiple platforms.
• Provide exceptional service, understand issues and offer solutions or escalate as needed.
• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs with emphasis on growth and leadership development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Use structured troubleshooting to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Escalate unresolved issues to line managers for appropriate action.
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through the career progression plan.
