Qualifications

• Call center experience required.

Responsibilities

• Retain accounts by resolving issues and educating merchants on the value of remaining with North.
• Address equipment concerns and advise on alternative equipment when needed.
• Serve as the main contact for merchants while issues are addressed and resolved.
