Ambrook helps American family-run businesses become more profitable and resilient by rebuilding financial infrastructure for accounting, banking, and spending. The role focuses on advising complex farms and real economy businesses enrolled in Full Service, helping them clean their books and derive actionable financial insights.

You’ll work at the intersection of customers, strategy, and product operations, building processes and tooling to scale our impact across the customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong financial, bookkeeping, or accounting background.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to non-experts.
• Willingness to learn new business shapes and AI tooling.
• Patient, trust-building communicator.
• Curiosity about agriculture and the real economy.

Responsibilities

• Advise a portfolio of Full Service customers and untangle their books end-to-end.
• Shadow advisory calls and build relationships with your own client group.
• Set up and onboard diverse businesses onto Ambrook and analyze financial data for decisions.
• Identify opportunities for product and process improvements from customer work.
• Surface patterns to Product/Design/Engineering to turn manual work into software features.
