Coast Professional, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls from a remote location within 50 miles of our West Monroe office. You will enter data, follow scripted procedures, and support customers with professionalism and accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and may prefer some call center experience. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ months experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
• Experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with patience and courtesy.
• Enter data into Windows-based systems following scripted procedures.
• Escalate calls to supervisor when needed and document outcomes.
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Contribute to a collaborative and flexible team environment.
