Account Control Technology in Arcadia, NY is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative who resides in New York. This role is fully remote with paid training starting Monday, November 30, 2026.

Training hours are 8am–4:30pm EST, followed by regular hours Monday–Friday 7am–9pm EST. Compensation is $16.50 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision, 401k with employer matching, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and communicate with outside parties.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and able to learn software.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with billing inquiries/concerns.
• Document and input account information accurately into the client system.
• Explain account status and inquiries to customers in detail.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations relevant to duties.
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts per state guidelines.
• Use strong communication to meet client and customer goals.
