Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and resolve complaints.
• Resolve service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and adjustments.
• Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for investigation.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
