Their role is to consult with the family, explain the options available, and help them select the best plan to fit their family's needs. Job Responsibilities

1. Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer
2. Schedule Zoom meetings with these members
3. Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
4. Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
5. Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as assist with claims or adjustments
6. Provide attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
7. Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding benefits
8. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and updated on schedule
