Job summary

Account Control Technology is seeking a Remote Customer Service/Sales Rep starting November 16, 2026. This is a work-from-home role with training Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm EST (27 days), followed by operating hours 7am - 7pm EST.

Compensation is $15.00 per hour, with potential monthly/ quarterly sales-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include recommending products during calls (water heaters, surge protection, wiring options), assisting customers with inquiries,

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• 1–2 years experience in a call center.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products during qualified calls.
• Potential for monthly and quarterly bonus based on sales performance for meeting KPIs.
• Assist customers with inquiries/concerns.
• Ensure all account information is accurately documented in the client system.
• Provide detailed explanations of account status to customers.
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to duties.
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts per state guidelines.
• Discuss additional product/service offerings on calls.
• Utilize communication skills to meet client and customer goals.
