Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Sales Agent to provide support and solutions in a remote environment. You will assist members by answering calls, resolving issues, and promoting financial products using our proven AAA sales model.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience and a high school diploma. This fully remote position starts at $18.25 per hour with numerous benefits including medical, dental, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months of customer service experience, financial services preferred.
• Ability to use laptop, headset, and multiple monitors provided.
• Type a minimum of 35 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Answer member calls and provide accurate information.
• Assist members with account maintenance and promote products.
• Comply with all regulations related to the position.

Skills

Bi-lingual English/Spanish

Customer service experience

Basic fraud resolution
