Remote Customer Service Representative

Starting at $14.00 per hour

What We Offer:
  • Work From Home
  • Full-Time Employment (40 hours/week)
    • Flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shifts during business hours.
    • Business Hours: Monday – Sunday, 24/7
  • Competitive Pay: $14.00 starting day one
  • Shift Differential: $1.50/hr for hours between 6PM-6AM
  • Weekend Differential: $1.00/hr on Saturdays and Sundays, 6AM-6PM
  • Incentive Plan: Up to $350/month after training based on performance metrics

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage high volume inbound calls efficiently.
  • Actively listen to understand customer needs and provide clear information.
  • Access cardholder accounts to discuss payments and benefits.
  • Assist with transaction inquiries and account status updates.
  • Process transactions and handle research requests accurately.
  • Communicate warmly, maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
  • Stay informed about company and client policies and technology.
  • Support team operations during peak times or absences.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A dependable team member with a strong work ethic, punctual, and committed to a consistent schedule, including full attendance during training.
  • An effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills, able to explain complex information professionally.
  • A calm professional capable of handling challenging conversations with empathy.
  • A customer service enthusiast skilled in navigating multiple screens and guiding customers.
  • A tech-savvy problem solver comfortable with learning new tools.
  • A focused multitasker thriving in a high-volume call center environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience.
  • Background, credit, and security checks required.
  • Camera compliance for meetings and training.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet (50 Mbps upload/download).
  • Dedicated work area with necessary equipment.
  • Knowledge of computers and Windows applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Over 1 year of call center experience.

Pay is estimated at $14/hour, with potential bonuses and benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, paid holidays, and PTO.
