This is a fully remote role offering 30–40 hours per week at $22/hour, with eligibility for a consistent schedule and reliable equipment.

You will handle calls, emails, and admin tasks, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service.

Customer Service Representative - Remote Position

White Glove Roofing is currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position offering up to 30-40 hours per week at $22 per hour.

At White Glove Roofing, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service throughout every step of the roofing process. We are looking for someone with an excellent phone voice, positive demeanor, and strong communication skills to help maintain our high standards of customer care.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers before, during, and after their roofing installation
• Provide outstanding customer support and ensure all customer needs are addressed promptly
• Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, project updates, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal team members

Schedule Requirements:

• Availability Monday through Saturday
