Overview

As a Work From Home Customer Service Rep, you'll work directly with customers who call our inbound phone center, selling them top fitness products and services. You will be the voice of Road Runner Sports, the world's largest running and walking store.

We have multiple opportunities open for Work From Home Customer Service Representatives.

Earn $19.00/hr, which includes a $16.00/hr base plus bonuses when you meet your sales goals.

Success involves hitting your goals, resolving customer concerns promptly, and making customers into raving fans. We provide comprehensive training so you can become an expert, make recommendations, and introduce customers to our VIP Family perks, making them feel like they are talking to a trusted friend!

What We Look For

• Reliability and flexible availability, including days, evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center (preferred).
• Previous Remote/Work From Home Experience.
• Ability to listen to customer needs, make effective recommendations, and apply technical knowledge.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation in a work-from-home setting.
• Proficiency in typing, internet navigation, basic computer software, and simple retail math.
• Engaging customer service skills to deliver a WOW experience.
• Existing work-from-home setup with a Windows-based PC or laptop and high-speed internet.
