As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll deliver excellent customer experiences and help demystify health insurance enrollment.

GetInsured has the largest state-based marketplace footprint, with user-friendly interfaces and decision support tools empowering millions nationwide. We develop cloud-based enrollment tools for state exchanges, brokers, insurers, and consumers, including eligibility, plan selection, and enrollment technology, along with marketing and call center services.

Full-time/Seasonal

  • $15.00/hr. plus performance incentives
  • $16.00/hr. for Spanish Bilingual, plus incentives

Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with camera for training
  • Full attendance for 3-week paid training
  • Internet speed of at least 35 Mbps with Ethernet; cable/fiber broadband required
  • Not compatible with mobile internet, satellites, Wi-Fi, or Wi-Fi extenders
