This is a fully remote position that offers flexible hours, comprehensive training, and the chance to grow within the company. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they’re completely satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  2. Provide accurate and clear information about our products and services.
  3. Help customers understand and manage their benefit packages effectively.
  4. Maintain professionalism and a positive, solution-focused attitude in all interactions.
  5. Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Meet and exceed performance targets, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.
  7. Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Prior experience in customer service is a plus (we’ll train the right person!).
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – you’ll be talking with customers daily.
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced remote environment.
  5. Comfortable working with computer systems, customer service software, and CRM tools.
  6. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
