Transworld Systems Inc. is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to support our busy service desk from home. The role handles billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, and account assistance, with training and equipment provided.

The position offers paid training, a remote EST schedule, team-oriented environment, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision, 401k with employer matching, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

Overview

Candidates hired for work-from-home positions will receive company-issued equipment. Additional details regarding equipment policies and procedures will be provided during the interview and onboarding process.

Work Location: This is a remote/work from home position.

Compensation: $16.50/hour

Paid Training Start Date: Monday, November 16, 2026

Training Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm EST (hours may be adjusted)

Hours of Operation (following training): Monday - Friday: 7am - 8pm EST

After successful completion of Training and Nesting, agents are eligible for a $150 incentive. After 30 days of production, agents are eligible for an additional $150 incentive. Agent must be actively employed at time of payout.

*Please note: During Training, you will be assigned a set work schedule within the indicated hours of operation listed above.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Great Communication skills
• Open to working overtime – We are the client's Crisis Center therefore in the event a major storm impacts our Service Territory we will be required to work long hours to include overnight and weekends
• Adhere to a 20-minute daily break 1 hour lunch
• Multitask Skills

For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:

• Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
• Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload

*Camera requirements – Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)
