Job summary

LCI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide frontline service with customer recognition at FLETC on a part-time remote/hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities include accurate checkout, strong communication, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role requires a high school diploma with about one year of related experience, and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with shift variations based on store needs.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with one year relevant work experience.
• Basic retail knowledge and accuracy with computerized checkout systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer service functions with customer recognition at the point of sale.
• Accurate computerized checkout and cash handling.
• Identify and request materials from the warehouse and stock shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order inside and outside.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager.
