Qualifications

• Data entry skills required for duties and responsibilities.
• Understanding of customer accounts and their details.
• Ability to navigate and operate business management software.
• Ability to operate Call Center Queue Management software.
• Navigate and operate brand websites like a consumer.
• Identify and communicate information about products.
• Proficient in communicating with customers by phone, email and chat.
• Must multitask and follow through with minimal supervision.
• Regularly enter orders and returns with few errors.
• Identify and develop solutions to complex situations.
• Manage projects and tasks without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Data entry is a large part of this position.
• Operate and navigate software used by the CS team.
• Identify and resolve order and return issues (overages, shortages, errors, shipping).
• Manage inbound calls, live chats, and emails promptly.
• Provide information or sales via phone, email, or chat.
• Respond to customer queries with product/service information.
• Other duties as assigned.
