Are you ready to make a difference? Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking a dedicated Customer Advocate to join our Customer Service Division. At DVS, you are a vital part of a diverse and inclusive team committed to impactful work.

The Role
  1. Be the healthcare hero for 50-70 individuals daily, managing PCPs, medications, appointments, and benefits.
  2. Engage with clients using your knowledge and excellent people skills to make a real difference.
Details
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexible 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST.
  • Intensive 5-week orientation with comprehensive training and support.
  • Must possess a keen ear for listening, problem-solving skills, and multitasking abilities.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • At least one year of experience in insurance operations.
  • Proficiency with web-based systems and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare or insurance experience, especially with medical terminology and benefit plans.
  • Background in social work, behavioral health, or related fields.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
