Key Responsibilities

Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, recording consistent problem areas. May respond to e-mail inquiries. Customer service is the primary function. Calls are basic and routine. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff. Communicates routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal and external contacts

Associate needs to have: a smart device for the authentication app and an ethernet cable plug in

Experience Required

6 months call center experience

Shift Hours :

8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, M-F

Estimated Length

6 months with possible extension

Home Internet:

No cellular based Internet Service Providers i.e. (T-Mobile, Verizon Mobile, etc.) Must be a traditional wired from the pole to home Internet Service Provider.

Commitment

• Must be able to give a 3-month commitment
• No time off during training
