Job summary

Allegion Canada Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, manage service requests, performance reporting, PM programs and billing issue resolution.

This highly customer-facing role requires coordination between customers, distributors, branches, and field technicians to meet SLAs, ensure accurate reporting, and drive service excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1–2 years in customer service or account management.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) and Service Channel portals.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain service details and build trust.
• Proactive communicator preferring direct methods (Phone/Teams) over email.
• Excellent organizational and multi-priority management.
• Analytical skills to interpret reports and drive improvements.
• Able to collaborate across teams and use MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Allegion and assigned customer accounts, handling inquiries via email, phone, and customer portals.
• Run daily reports in Field Services (D365) and from Customer Portals for Open/Closed Calls and PMs.
• Process distributor quotes and customer approvals in Field Services and notify branches/distributors of decisions.
• Manage PM programs, monitor completions, and quote for additional work when needed.
• Review daily billing reports, address IVR issues, NTE discrepancies, recalls, and missing POs.
