Karman is a fast-growing NVIDIA-backed AI company enabling AI data centers to dynamically orchestrate power and unlock more compute capacity from existing energy infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced Customer Program Manager to lead customer-facing programs for the Karman platform, from initial evaluation through pilot deployment, design win, and long-term adoption.

• 4+ years of program or project management experience in technology or hardware-adjacent settings.
• Strong ability to align technical execution with business outcomes and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience navigating cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutions Architecture, Engineering, and Product.
• Experience in data center, AI/ML, or edge computing environments is preferred.
• Understanding of evaluation, PoC, deployment, and scale as part of solution lifecycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience producing status reports and executive updates.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in related fields.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact and accountability for customer programs through pilots and scale-out.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with status, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
• Coordinate planning sessions and updates with customers during the pilot lifecycle.
• Partner with Solutions Architects to align resources for customer success and relay feedback to roadmap.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth transition from pilot to operations.
• Track KPIs (adoption, performance, ROI) and report progress internally and externally.
• Manage change control, keeping scope, cost, and schedule intact.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies with context and solutions.
• Maintain transparency with customers on status and next steps across all phases.
