Job summary

Karman is a fast-growing NVIDIA-backed AI company enabling AI data centers to dynamically orchestrate power and unlock more compute capacity from existing energy infrastructure. We are seeking an Application Engineer, Data Center Software to join our Technical Programs team and build the integration layer between Karman and customer data center software environments.

You will design, develop, and validate API connectors, configuration checkers, and test frameworks; lead technical discussions

Qualifications

• 6+ years in systems integration or application engineering for enterprise software deployments.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or equivalent training.
• Strong Linux knowledge and API integration experience across REST/gRPC.
• Experience with containerized and virtualized environments in DCs.
• Proficiency in Python or Rust for automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of API connectors between Karman and customer software.
• Validate server builds and write configuration checkers and test suites.
• Assess customer environments, translate requirements into integration designs.
• Drive installation checklists and playbooks for scalable deployments.
• Collaborate with TechOps on escalated production incidents and on-call support.
