Job summary

You will act as the first point of contact for inquiries, verify pricing, and support a seamless customer experience while ensuring accuracy in ERP records and reports.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders and quotes.
• Check stock, enter orders and update delivery dates.
• Maintain customer profiles in ERP and generate status reports.
• Coordinate with Sales and Field Service to expedite orders.
• Track orders with carriers and handle returns and service parts.
• Prepare and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or GHX.
