Job summary

AxisCare is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to join our remote team. You will guide new clients through configuring their AxisCare sites, oversee data imports, and ensure successful onboarding across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities include training clients, managing projects end-to-end, staying current with platform updates, and contributing to knowledge content. Strong communication, CS experience, and analytical thinking are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Customer Success.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and analytical.
• Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Train clients using onboarding process.
• Configure and set up client sites and oversee data import.
• Remain knowledgeable about AxisCare updates.
• Manage customer projects from start to finish.
• Provide phone, email, or video support for configuration questions.
• Contribute to customer success projects and create help content.
