Job summary

Turtles seeks a Customer Happiness Advocate to join our remote team. You will engage customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring top-tier support and a friendly, proactive approach. Training is remote for two weeks, after which you may work remotely on an ongoing basis. Night and weekend shifts are included as part of our 24/7 coverage.

You will thrive if you enjoy helping customers, can work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Have a valid work permit for Canada, Finland, Spain, or the UK.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Maintain a daily schedule including calls, chats, and emails.
• Provide real-time high-quality customer service experiences.
• Complete follow-up documentation after each ticket.
• Offer needs-based solutions, not pushy sales.
• Support 24/7 coverage, including nights and weekends.
• Develop through reflection on past interactions and take initiative.
