Job Description – Outbound Customer Service Representative

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Dialing outbound calls to customers regarding upgrading services and plans while addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. * Providing accurate information about products and services to clients. * Meeting monthly sales targets by engaging customers and effectively communicating service benefits. * Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution. * Must maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through accurate data entry. * Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently. * Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by actively listening and addressing concerns. * Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. * Supporting office operations as needed, including administrative tasks related to client services.

Job Requirements – Outbound Customer Service Representative

To excel in this role, you should have: * Previous experience in customer service or call center environments (preferred). * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction. * Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. * 1 to 2 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to meet targets. * A High School Diploma or GED (required). * The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with office software and customer support tools (advantageous). * A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time, On-site Schedule: Day & Night Shifts Available
