Prop Firm Match Global FZCO is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to provide timely, empathetic support for traders using our platform. You will handle Intercom, Discord, and email inquiries, verify offers and loyalty details, and help maintain accuracy of firm information and promotions.

The role is fully remote with CET-aligned hours and a focus on consistent customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer support or client-facing experience in a remote, high-volume environment.
• Strong written communication, able to explain clearly and empathetically to non-technical customers.
• Hands-on experience with Intercom or a similar helpdesk/ticketing platform.
• High attention to detail when verifying promo codes, payout terms, and policy language.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across Intercom tickets, Discord, and email.
• Review and resolve customer issues end to end with empathy.
• Escalate issues to the right team when outside scope and maintain records.
• Keep FAQs and internal documentation accurate and up to date.
