Job summary

Nexa is hiring a Full-Time Work from Home Customer Experience Representative. This 100% remote role requires Arizona residents (excluding Flagstaff) and involves a fast-paced, call-after-call environment with weekend availability.

Starting pay is $16/hour, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company matching, ESOP, and PTO. Equipment will be provided after training. Candidates must have a home office meeting our requirements and be able to work 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries for a wide variety of clients with professionalism and care.
• Flexibly switch between different client protocols, date entry, requirements, and tailored scripts.
• Maintain an empathetic, polite, and articulate demeanor on every call.
• Consistently meet performance indicators (KPIs) including schedule adherence, average wrap-up time, and high QA scores.
