Group 1 Automotive, Inc is hiring a Remote Customer Experience Center Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking vehicle service. You will deliver an exceptional experience while coordinating with multiple dealership resources and ensuring accurate documentation of inquiries and appointments.

The role emphasizes customer focus, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of experience in customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, appointment scheduling, or another customer-facing environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Professional home office with high-speed internet (minimum 30 Mbps) and must reside within the Greater Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer calls regarding vehicle service needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Schedule service appointments for multiple dealership locations.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to vehicle maintenance, service pricing, warranty coverage, and roadside assistance.
• Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details in multiple systems.
• Collaborate with dealership Service Advisors and Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
