Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms.

• Previous customer service, customer support, or call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate customer orders crossing international borders while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Enter and manage customer orders within the order management system.
• Provide customers with order status updates, pricing information, product details, and backorder information.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.
