Job summary

Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Part-Time Customer Experience Coordinator for a 100% remote role. Join the Customer Experience Team and help deliver Delight the Customer through remote surveys and timely feedback.

Responsibilities include daily customer surveys, documenting results, escalating issues, and providing ideas to improve surveys and service. Strong communication and Salesforce CRM skills are expected; prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily phone surveys with customers as part of the survey program.
• Document results clearly and categorize surveys correctly.
• Follow up on outstanding surveys with internal and external parties.
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate teams.
• Provide ideas to improve surveys and customer experience.
• Check and respond to customer survey emails in a timely manner.
