Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred ongoing education in communications/medical fields.
• Two years of navigating multiple computer systems preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or written communication.
• Address inquiries about contracts, benefits, eligibility, and claims in a timely, accurate manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to provide effective solutions.
• Complete assigned duties and participate in special projects as required.
