Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a customer service professional to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and Hillman Field Service staff, handling a high volume of telephone requests and providing order support.

The role may require weekend shifts; compensation is $20-22 per hour based on automotive customer service experience; fully remote but must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area with occasional in-office presence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; six months call center experience preferred.
• Remote role with live in Phoenix, AZ and occasional in-office visits.
• Automotive customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high volume of telephone requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based support to Hillman Customers and Field Staff.
• Process orders, tracking, expediting, quotes, and order entry.
• Support sales managers and account assistants with order management.
• Assist with product usage questions and merchandising materials.
• Adhere to safety programs and maintain equipment.
