Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to provide merchandising services and on-site customer support across multiple stores in the Memphis area. The role is an hourly position, typically 40 hours per week, with pay based on experience, and includes a car allowance and company gas card for business miles.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least two years of field service or merchandising experience, and the ability to travel regularly to store locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college courses preferred.
• Two years field service or merchandising experience preferred in large retail.
• Ability to read and execute store plan-o-grams; proficient with Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and Customer Support at customer locations.
• Travel among store locations to service schedule and resolve issues.
• Maintain displays per plan-o-grams and manage inventory levels.
• Tear down/assemble store displays and supervise temporary staff if needed.
• Complete surveys and photos for store assessments and reports.
