I-CAR is seeking a dedicated customer service professional based in the United States to support and promote I-CAR products and services. The role involves significant inbound phone coverage and cross-functional collaboration with instructors and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service.

Key duties include handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and providing information on Gold Class or Platinum status programs, while leveraging strong MS Office skills and prior call

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming inquiries via phone, fax, and e-mail.
• Provide information about products and services and assist with orders or account issues.
• Track and report customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist customers with class registration and account changes.
• Resolve complaints and process refunds where needed.
