Blick Art Materials is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle inbound calls and inquiries in a fast-paced call center from our Galesburg, IL office. The role supports both part-time (20–30 hours) and full-time (40 hours) schedules, with weekend work and some remote-hours after training.

You will resolve issues, provide product details, and upsell where appropriate, using CRM systems and following privacy guidelines. Training is provided, and benefits are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or currently pursuing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong organizational, listening, and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer phone calls in a fast-paced call center.
• Process inquiries via mail, fax, or Internet.
• Handle orders and data entry with accuracy.
• Provide information on pricing, delays, and product details.
• Troubleshoot orders and account access issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
• Follow data security and confidentiality guidelines.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods.
• Able to work every other weekend and in-office weekdays in Galesburg, IL.
