AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, independent contractor role serving clients across the United States. You will guide individuals through supplemental benefit options, support enrollment from start to finish, and maintain detailed digital records while building lasting client relationships.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States


• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace


• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings


• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities


• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate\'s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
