Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer care, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.
• Experience handling inbound calls and emails with high accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Process orders accurately within timelines.
• Research and resolve inquiries and order discrepancies.
• Respond to email inquiries about orders, products, shipments, and accounts.
• Document all interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
• Monitor order activity and provide timely updates to customers.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and adhere to QA guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team environment.
