Job Overview :
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you’ll be responsible for assisting homeowners, escrow companies, realtors and REO institutions via telephone and e-mail. You will provide feedback to Community Management staff, as well as assist residents regarding unit and community information.

As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, and a 401k with company match.
