We are currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team remotely in the US.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide front-line customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting service standards.
  2. Handle 75 to 100 calls daily, addressing inquiries about payments, policies, or claims, especially within the insurance industry (life insurance and annuities).
  3. Maintain a professional and effective communication style with internal and external customers.
  4. Develop knowledge of insurance products, services, and processes.
  5. Collaborate with management and team members to resolve service issues proactively.
  6. Meet experience requirements: at least 6 months in a detail-oriented, accountable role, and 6 months of effective communication in a professional setting.
Required Skills and Experience
  1. One year of office experience.
  2. One year of experience with Microsoft Windows PC applications.
  3. Six months of remote work experience.
  4. High school diploma or GED.
  5. Own a device (cell phone or tablet) for 2-factor authentication.
  6. Complete NTT DATA's call center training and demonstrate proficiency.
Schedule and Work Environment

Availability: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CT, with rotating Saturday mornings 8:00 am - 12:00 pm CT.

Remote Work Requirements
  • High-speed internet (50 Mbps or higher), wired Ethernet connection.
  • Dedicated, professional workspace with minimal distractions.
  • Consistent work location unless prior approval for relocation is obtained.
  • Adherence to all remote work policies and protocols.

Additional Information
