Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to support the customer service team remotely from New York. You will handle inquiries, service tickets, and maintain accurate customer notes within company systems.

The role requires a 40-hour weekly commitment and involves coordination with support representatives and internal contacts. Training on Salesforce Service Cloud, Zoho CRM, and Genesys is provided, with health coverage and retirement benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Clear written and spoken communication
• Willingness to learn the support platform, CRM, and contact-center phone system
• Ability to follow written procedures and route requests appropriately
• Reliable internet and quiet private workspace
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming customer emails, calls, and tickets in a Support platform such as Salesforce Service Cloud
• Review inquiries for questions and missing details before routing to the right team
• Confirm contact information and update CRM notes clearly
• Answer routine questions using approved information and outline next steps
• Use Genesys to receive calls, take messages, and route inquiries
• Prepare concise ticket summaries describing concerns and needed information
• Coordinate follow-up with customers and internal contacts when details are missing
• Escalate unresolved concerns to the team lead with relevant notes
• Confirm resolution and close routine tickets once steps are complete
• Support quality reviews with accurate information and timely follow-up
