Job summary

Premier NX is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Consumer Products. This role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the United States.

You will handle calls, texts, chats and emails, and document all interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and consistency. You will support consumers for prestigious brands in pharma, healthcare, food, consumer packaged goods and beauty care, delivering compassionate, compliant service and resolving issues promptly.
