Job summary

Nexora Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Client Experience Specialist to support customers throughout their service journey in a remote role. You will coordinate client requests, manage service details, and ensure a smooth, positive experience from first inquiry through completion.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized, and can multi-task while using online tools and platforms. Prior customer service is preferred but not required, with training provided and room for growth
