Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Community & Advocacy Manager to deepen customer relationships, build advocacy programs, and enhance reputation across platforms. The role is remote, with some travel for events and conferences, reporting to Brand Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years in B2B marketing, communications, community, customer advocacy, or related discipline.
• Experience building or operating programs in two areas such as community engagement, customer advocacy, or reviews.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with strong public-facing judgment.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and turn them into repeatable programs.
• Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Familiarity with review platforms, CRM systems, and project-management tools.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, data and analytics, or construction environments is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build a repeatable approach for identifying and engaging with Dodge customers and communities.
• Develop a pipeline of customer advocates for testimonials, reviews, stories, and research.
• Strengthen Dodge’s reputation and social proof across third-party platforms.
• Create a feedback loop turning community signals into actionable insights for teams.
